For coaches who have completed the three-part series, “The Art of Reflective Coaching,” Laura will create a training or series of trainings to “go deeper” with one or more of the key components of the series: implementing video into the coaching conversation, coaching competencies, constructive approaches to integrating the coaching practices amidst coaching dilemmas.
